Your Trusted Support Group: We create a safe space so you can connect with 25 other industry leaders facing similar challenges in life and work. Sharing lived experiences and life choices with peers proffers an opportunity for mutual growth. Valuable insights on life (and business) are gleaned in a trusted, empathetic environment.

ME Approach: We are deliberate about stepping out of the performative ME to reveal the true me underneath. We ask all to take off their Masks and leave their Ego at the door, authentic selves only within the room

Preventative Mindset: We help you practice preventative ways of thinking and approaching life. By using the key principles of the positive psychology model PERMA + V.

Harmonising Work and Personal Life: We will help establish clear boundaries between work and personal life. Ensure you have time for family, hobbies, and self-care. We will help you transition from work into family life. Learn how to nurture important relationships and create new communication opportunities.

Mental Health Resources: If you're experiencing stress or anxiety, consider seeking support from our mental health professionals. They can provide coping strategies and tools to manage your mental health effectively.
