The Directors Wellbeing Forum Lancashire
Friday, 7th February 2025
University of Central Lancashire - 8am till 2pm
Being a director or part of the C-suite can be a challenging and lonely position, the responsibilities and pressures can be substantial.
We whole-heartedly believe that leaders need to embrace the oxygen mask approach when it comes to your personal Mental Health and Physical wellbeing.
Prevention is Better Than Cure!
Personal Perspective
This should be our personal priority; it enables us to look after ourselves and then our family.
- Are you feeling lonely, isolated, frustrated with the lack of support around you?
- Are you missing the counsel of trusted peers, people who hear, acknowledge AND understand your situations?
- Whose opinions are honest and shared to help you grow rather than undermine you and bring you down?
- Are you on this treadmill of work and life with no time to reflect, or have a safe space to make decisions with clarity of mind?
Employer Perspective
Is your company struggling with challenges around long term sickness, absenteeism and presenteeism?
Are you finding it difficult to manage employee mental health issues?
Is your company suffering from lack of productivity?
The Director's Wellbeing Forum is a safe space for Directors to come and share experiences and concerns and learn from their peers.
- Share Experiences
- Benefit from Knowledge transfer from OTHER members

- How to engage with your employees
