Easy Shoulder Exercise for Posture 

Hey Everyone! Today I guide you through a shoulder mobility and strengthening routine.

These exercises will help open up your posture by activating the interscapular muscles in your upper back and reverse that 'hunched back' position. Try to practise 1-5 times a day. Perform each exercise for 5 seconds. Have a great week!
