Their mental and physical health directly impacts the well-being of their partners, children, and other family members. When men prioritise their health, they are better equipped to provide emotional support, engage actively in family life, and be positive role models for their children.
The Importance of Men's Mental Wellbeing
Father’s Day is 16th June and the Family Wellbeing Festival, a day to spend together, engaging in activities that improve wellbeing together. By supporting Dads' wellbeing, we can contribute to the overall health and happiness of families.
By educating men - our Dads, Step Dads, Foster Dads, Grandads, Uncles and the significant role models in our lives about the importance of preventive Mental and Physical Wellbeing such as regular check-ups, exercise, a balanced diet and adopting healthy habits and seeking early intervention for any health concerns.
