Stop the tossing and turning! Get up start the day early!

Why do we put ourselves through restless nights with broken sleep and negative thoughts running around our heads. Let’s stop and get up no matter if it’s 3 or 4 am in morning and distract the thought process by attacking the problem or using distraction techniques. Try and break the bad habit of trying to sleep through it.
