Hey Everyone! Today I'd like to share with you a stretch I love to use after a workout to lengthen my hamstrings and lower back. This stretch also has many other amazing benefits which I share in the video.
Pop on a soothing podcast or some chilled music for 10 -20 mins and notice a difference in breath and how you feel afterwards.
