I know firsthand how powerful transformation can be when we truly understand ourselves.
My journey into trauma-informed practices has been life-changing. It’s helped me evolve from feeling stuck in survival mode, overwhelmed with life, to thriving with joy, love, and calm.Â
Through this, I’ve not only changed my own life but also supported countless others in doing the same.  It’s also changed the way I parent, improving how I support my children and their wellbeing.Â
I understand how heavy life can feel when we’re stuck in cycles of anxiety, stress, anger etc trying to balance everything while carrying the shame or guilt! But I also know there’s a path forward; one of healing, emotional regulation and self-leadership, which has led me to where I am today.
Now, I’m here to support you as you take the next step on your journey.
As a trauma-informed and positive psychology coach, we can explore how your nervous system, past experiences and emotions shape how you show up today; you’ll be seen, heard, and empowered in a safe, nonjudgmental space to be your authentic self.
Trauma can be ANYTHING that overwhelms your nervous system and your ability to cope and it is often more complex than we realise.
It affects how we interact, make decisions and feel about ourselves. It influences our emotions, thoughts and behaviours but with trauma informed support, we can begin to change these patterns and behaviours.
With a unique blend of techniques from coaching to Brainspotting, IEMT, and Reiki, to nervous system regulation and being internal family system informed, I tailor my approach to suit your unique experiences and needs; giving you tools and techniques to create change at a somatic level.Â
I’m also a Narcissistic Abuse Specialist, which informs my work with clients facing these challenges as well.Â
