We have 6000 thoughts a day, if we believed all of them we would get ourselves in a right mess! However we often DO believe thoughts that dont help us, the self deprecating, negative ones. 
 
Today we will focus on just observing our thoughts like clouds in the sky, no need to judge or move them on, they will pass with time.
